A note from Naely
Hi, I'm Naely. I spent years as an office manager keeping the practice's calendar, billing, and day-to-day operations running. When vets strike out on their own, they lose that person. I'm making VetHearth to help keep the ops side of an independent practice less overwhelming. It's in its early stages, so I'm looking for practices to help shape it as early users. You'll have direct access to me and a real say in what it becomes.

What are the trial and pricing terms?
Try VetHearth free for 30 days. No card needed, and you only pay if you choose a plan.
Standard is $119/month, or $1,285.20/year (save 10%). Every feature is included. Team accounts for more vets and staff are coming soon; each additional vet will be $79/month.
Founding Practice: $99/month, locked in for life, for the first 20 practices. Monthly billing only. Founding Practice details.
03 / Switching
How does switching work?
VetHearth handles client-data import for free.
When you leave, VetHearth provides a full CSV export of your account.
04 / Billing
How does billing and cancellation work?
Pay for Standard monthly or yearly, and cancel any time.
